You probably can see that the more the year progressed, the less effort I put into the project, at least as far as presentation and number of pictures I took.  There’s a lot more blurry and unflattering pictures than earlier in the year. To be fair, my camera also deteriorated so it was hard to even take a picture. Nevertheless, more unkempt hair and more pajama days which are not a good sign. This particular range of time was interesting because for Halloween I was Janice the Muppet and both spray tanned and bleached my eyebrows such that I looked REALLY WEIRD for days. But I did take the opportunity to make my eyebrows purple for a day to support my Ravens. And the day I combined a 49er hat and Raven jersey is not one I’ll soon repeat with the reaction I got, oh me oh my. Closing out this session with a reunion with my old friend Dena.

I’m determined to wrap this project up before I hit 30 on April 30 since one of the initial goals was to document the last full year of my twenties. Here’s September – October. An unemployment-appropriate pajama day, some cute looks here and there and many blurry shots and rough hair. A plaid shirt borrowed from my old roommate that I looked surprisingly right wearing. And my oldest friend Katie’s wedding in Georgia. I like the last look very much. It assured me I can pull off hot pink lipstick. Well I’ll be damned.

Hi friends! Believe it or not, I still haven’t given up on posting my pictures from the year 2011. So stay tuned for more from September! Great!!

Today is January 21, 2012, but at No, No, That Wasn’t A Question, it’s last September! One of these looks totally got airbrushed to protect the innocent. In another outfit, I lost my job. Can you guess which ones? Good luck!!

Merry Christmas. Here’s the second half of August.

Notes
The orange bow and camel canvas shoes were new accessories from American Apparel I was especially excited about. AA shoes without leatherrrrrr, finallyyyy. I’ve since acquired a pair in navy as well.

Here’s a big August installment for the 2nd–14th with a couple of ~*~accessory~*~ shots.

Notes

August 3rd (top middle): I am not pregnant.

August 4th (top right): I am not drugged. That was early morning of the 5th, another day I fell asleep on the couch before taking a picture.

August 6th (second row on right) is a costume of sorts because I was trying for an ornithologist-like outfit and borrowed my roommate Ed’s cargo shorts that fit quite nicely

The wedges on August 14th are great for how they make my legs look but horrible for how they make my legs feel. They probably won’t be reappearing in 2012.

August 1: Greetings from a parking lot in Des Moines, Iowa, after spending the day at the Cup O’ Kryptonite comic book/coffee shop, before flying back to LA. American Apparel blouse and pants. Sunglasses from Wall Drug.
We have now completed the road trip.

With Julia in South Dakota. Me gusta. Lace shorts underneath my skirt. No me gusta. See how you see the shorts only on my left leg? I need balance in life.

July 30: Next to a lovely vegetarian restaurant in Laramie, Wyoming. I didn’t need the braided belt. At the very least, not with the knots in the center. Skirt and shoes are appropriately road trip.

Hey, remember me? I started a 2011 photo-a-day blog. It’s gone super well. Today is October 22. These are photos from July 29.
Location: Aspen! Thank you photographer Julia.
